Every order is as unique as a fingerprint - generally speaking, after payment clears, we estimate 3-5 days to receive your items and 3-5 days for production on most orders.
If your order falls outside of this scope, we will let you know.
Absolutely! We invite and encourage you to bring us your designs - let us help you bring your vision to life ! Just ask us for the art requirements or specifications for the items in your order.
We accept a variety of file formats via by e-mail or Google Drive
We ask that all submissions be 300dpi or better.
**Please Note: We DO NOT color match on DTF or Sublimation - PMS is only available on certain items -
if you have any questions, contact us prior to placing your order.
We do not accept returns on custom items. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately.
Yep, we will ship to any residential or commercial address in the continental United States.
